People arrive and then grab a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit or two, and have a relaxed chat while everyone settles in.
Once we’re all gathered, we go round the room for introductions. Each person has a minute or two to tell us who they are, what their business does, and what they’ve been working on recently.
After intros we move into the main part of the meeting, which is either a short talk from a guest speaker or a topic for group discussion.
This is followed by more general networking, where people continue conversations, swap ideas, and make connections at their own pace.
We wrap up towards the end with any final updates and next steps before everyone heads off for the afternoon.
